The vineyards are located within the municipality of Montalcino and come from a selection of parcels situated across different areas of the territory. The soils, characterized by their stony nature and excellent sun exposure, provide ideal conditions for balanced grape ripening. The dry and constantly ventilated climate helps preserve the health of the grapes while enhancing their integrity and aromatic concentration. The vines are trained using the spur-pruned cordon system, and harvesting is carried out entirely by hand, with careful grape selection directly in the vineyard.

Wine Making
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 28 and 32 °C, with skin maceration lasting approximately 7–10 days, allowing for a balanced extraction of color, aromas, and tannins. The wine is then aged for 4–5 months in 30-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels, developing harmony and elegance while preserving freshness and fruit expression.
