80% Nero D'Avola, 10% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

The vineyards are located in the area of Favara, a small town in western Sicily, a region characterized by a warm and breezy Mediterranean climate, with dry summers and marked temperature variations between day and night. The soils are predominantly calcareous-clay, with excellent drainage capacity, conditions that promote balanced grape ripening and natural aromatic concentration. This unique pedoclimatic environment allows Nero d’Avola to fully express its varietal identity, preserving freshness, structure, and aromatic intensity.

Rosso Terre Siciliane IGP

The grapes are harvested at full phenolic ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with skin maceration aimed at extracting color and aromatic compounds without excessive tannin extraction. The wine is not aged in wood, a deliberate winemaking choice intended to preserve the aromatic purity of Nero d’Avola and the direct expression of the fruit. Aging takes place exclusively in stainless steel, followed by a short period of bottle refinement before release.
