Vineyards located on Etna Nord, in Castiglione di Sicilia (CT), at altitudes between 600 and 650 meters above sea level. The grapes grown using a mix of traditional alberello and spur-pruned cordon training systems. The soil is volcanic.

Wine Making
Vinification uses indigenous yeasts, highlighting the local terroir. Ageing is carried out partly in stainless steel and partly in large wood (big barrels), aiming for balance between freshness and roundness.
