The support system is a wire frame. The grape cluster has an oval shape and has few, and pretty small grapes on it. That is why we can let them ripe longer without them getting rotten. The Merlot grapes are harvested fairly late, mostly after October 15th.

Wine Making
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels. Thereafter, it matures for 2 years in barrique barrels - wooden barrels with a capacity of 225 litres.
