Coppi葡萄酒厂生产葡萄酒已有40多年的历史，但一个多世纪以来，该家族一直致力于葡萄的栽培。
它目前在Puglia（普利亚）大区拥有100公顷的葡萄园，途径Bari（巴里）南部和Salento（萨兰托东），而这里正是Primitivo di Gioia del Colle和Negramaro的DOC（优质法定产区葡萄酒）的出产地。
除此之外，还有100公顷的租用土地，从葡萄园到酒窖全程一丝不苟。
Coppi酒庄出于公司的意向，只生产100％来自原生葡萄的葡萄酒：Primitivo di Gioia del Colle（普里米蒂沃），Negroamaro（黑曼罗），Aleatico（阿利蒂科），Falanghina（法兰娜），Malvasia Bianca（白玛尔维萨）和Malvasia Nera（黑玛尔维萨）。
