The vineyard is cultivated with newand modern techniques with low environmental impact. By natural vocation, the distribution of crops has selected its own settlements so the vineyards of Poggio have preferred hills and slopes for orientation to the north, benefiting from mild sea winds. The crop selected in vineyards facing north under the influence of brackish ventilation gives the grapes and wine a generous and satisfying taste.
