Podere Cianfanelli is a dream of David Cianfanelli who, moved by his love for agriculture and the desire to enhance a territory particularly suited to viticulture, decides to start vinifying in 2014, using organic methods, Chianti Classico wine. The company consists of 2.5 hectares of vines and 850 olive trees for a total of 6 hectares. The vineyards are exposed to the south-west enjoying an excellent temperature range and exposure to the sun. The soils are a mixture of clay and galestro which allows an ideal balance between drainage capacity and water retention which give the grapes excellent minerality.
